Mr. Pave was the founding partner of Pave, McCord, Jacobs & Berkus, and represented State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and State Farm Fire and Casualty Company for more than 20 years. Ms. Bogaards was a trial attorney with Allswang, Smith & Walsh, who also worked for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and State Farm Fire and Casualty Company. She was just named a Northern California Super Lawyer of 2006. Pave & Bogaards has been designated by the Human Rights Commission of San Francisco as a woman-owned/minority firm in 2004. Ms. Bogaards is the majority shareholder as well as managing partner.
